Joy of Fall

For this assignment we had to take pictures of anything that represented fall. I love this picture and the expression on the little girls face. I attempted to use rule of thirds and I had a unique angle on the subject. This photo also represents fall because of the pumpkins and the cute clothing the girl is wearing.

This photo looks great! The exposure and contrast looks perfect. The depth of field helps direct the viewer’s interest to the child while still implying that the location is a pumpkin patch. This photograph looks like a beautiful outdoor portrait worth paying money for. Well done.

I love the little girl in this photo! The bright colors that she is wearing really add to the picture. The cropping of this photo is very good because there is not too much empty space. I like the depth of field used. The background is not super blurred out and I like that you can still make out what is in the background. The photo makes me happy because of how happy the little girl is.

I love this portrait! The colors are vibrant, and the true emotion of the little girl is clearly present. You did a nice job of focusing in on the girl, but also capturing an interesting background. Your rule of thirds is great, and overall it’s a great picture!

This is a really good angle down and depth of field picture! I like how the color of the eyes on the little girl’s hat matches the color of the pumpkins. The way this person took the picture (making only the little girl be in focus) makes it really unique. It is also a really good fall picture!

I like that it shows character because the baby is smiling and she looks to be having a good time. I think the lighting is really good, the way it is really makes the orange pumpkins stand out. I think the angel you chose was great as well you really captured the little girl at the perfect moment.-- Megan M. PHS
