Peace

When I took this picture I was thinking about my sister and how her husband is leaving soon to go to Iraq. I took her to where I could see her Silhouette and tried to get a cool angle and then I also put her in a frame to capture a moment. My shutter speed was 1/1250 seconds and my aperture was at 4.0. I hope you like it!! 

I like how uniquely you used silhouettes in your photo. Instead of just a person, the frame makes it interesting. I also like how the subject is centered in both the frame and the actual picture. The photo makes me kind of sad though, because the photo’s pose should be happy, but is completely black and empty.

The color and lighting in this picture is really good, I love that you got just the silhouette. It was very creative to put the frame there, and it is perfectly in focus. Another thing I like that I don’t usually like is the fact that it is centered and usually it looks better if you use rule of thirds but for this picture, being centered really works. The mood of this picture really comes through and fits with the picture, that you are trying to capture the moment, even though you know she is leaving.

I do love this picture! I like the time it was taken near sunset. The frame was a cool idea that i also love. I think it is lovely. It might have been cool if you could have seen the sun more like in the corner of the frame but I like how it is on her.

I like the simplicity of your photo and how the metal is going off into the darkness at an angle but for the parts that are focused in they are still a bit fuzzy, you can’t tell if it’s a smaller size but you can see it when its enlarged.

I love this photo. The lighting on this is great. I really like how the girl is silhouetted.

It makes me think of camping or being out with friends and watching the sunset.
Great job!

This picture looks really mysterious, and I really enjoy that. It is also very creative that you used a picture frame to make it look really like a picture. The backdrop of the picture with the clouds and the sun barley shining in, really sets the mood.

I think this photo is really good, because the colors blend in and the silhouette of the person is good. Also, how unique you got and just got a frame to do the framing for this picture.

I love this picture. It’s looks so inviting and snugly. I like the focus and how the milk splashes out of the cup. I like the contrast between the main object and the picture. It makes the picture look more interesting! Good Job!

I really like how you used the frame to frame the picture and you also got the sillhouette of the trees and hills in the background.

I really like how you used the frame to frame the picture and make sure that we knew what the main focus was meant to be. I also like how you got the sillhouette of the trees and hills in the background.
