Abstract of Metals

With this photo I was trying to attempt to make the piece of metal look interesting to look at. For a light source I put light behind the metal and on the left hand side of it. I like how the metal gives the illusion that it just keeps continuing throughout the darkness. For a white balance I set it at fluorescent, and I focused on the ridges in the center of the metal to make sure it would have a little texture.

I like the look of this picture. How you can light up the spiral like this is exquisite. However, when you look closely, the clarity is not done too well. As a small picture it looks good. I also like how black the background is compared to the inside of the spiral.

I like that in this picture you blurred out everything but the middle part of the piece of metal. I also like how you can see every detail on the metal. I don’t like the angle that you had taken the picture.

I really like this picture of the metal. It’s really mysterious guessing what it is. Really like how everything is dark besides the metal and you are able to see all the details within it. Well taken picture.
