While taking this picture I tried to get Courtney Johnston in main focus while the background was blurred out. It was a Panning project in photography. The first thing that popped in my mind was someone long boarding. I absolutely love how this picture turned out, especially how nice of weather we had while doing this little photo shoot.

I love the lighting behind her and how the pink of her shirt and hat- along with her being the only thing in focus- makes the subject stand out and enforces the panning effect :)

I like how this picture had good use of shutter speed. The main subject is in good focus, creating a cool effect to the photo. It almost looks like she is just standing there while everything else rushes past. Nicely done. Lighting could have been slightly adjusted, but no biggie!
I like this picture. I respect girls who skate board, long board, roller blade and do any of activities at all. I also like her shirt a lot, it made the picture brighter. Good job.
