Looking In

Photo by: Thalia Chavez I took this picture of my Cousin Kasey’s eye because she has beautiful eyes. We were working on macro photos and I decided she was perfect for the photo. What I love most about this picture is that her eye pops and the side of her face and her nose is white.

I love the effect this photo has of the black and white with the eye left as is. The depth of field is perfect, I love pictures with a small DOF. You filled the frame wonderfully and I would love to see other photos from you! The overall mood of this photo is a good one. I am always happy to see a nicely taken photo. Lighting is good. I like how soft this picture looks, there are no harsh colors or anything.

I really like this picture! I like the sharpness and the softness of the picture that contrast each other. These two focuses work together to create a beautiful image. The sharpness of the eye and the softness of the face and background work well together. I like the color and tonal ranges of the eye and how it goes from brown to hazel to even light shades of pale blue. Lastly, I really like how this photo captures the mood of somberness adn tranquility. Overall, it is a keeper!

What I like about this photo is that the eye definitely pops out the picture. I like the tones in this photo also. I like how the only the eye is in focused to make it stand out more.

I really like this picture and how it is all black and white besides the actual eye. The picture gives off a very calm vibe and even though the eye is a little drooping it is still engaging.
