This picture is of a student at lunch in the cafeteria
talking to her friends. I used a 7200 canon lens which allowed me to zoom in on
her from across the cafeteria. Doing so enabled me to capture her facial
expression as she chatted with her peers. I like the picture because it is a
true candid picture, she has no idea that I was capturing her smile so the
smile you see is a real smile, not staged. I then took the picture and switched
it over to black and white and made it my own style. I do not like that there
are other people’s heads in the frame so next time I will make sure there is no
one in the way of the shot.

I really enjoy the scenery of this photo. The focus and main subject is obviously the girl, showing her emotions. I think if you would have just zoomed a little bit in on her, eliminating the distracting objects in the front, it would have been 110% picture. But nice job I still really like this photo.
I love this photo, the subject is in clear view and focus. It’s a sharp one against the back of the lunchroom, but not her peers. The subject is in the middle of the frame, but it works perfectly for this photo. Personally, it is a keeper, but I wouldn’t hang it on a wall.

I love the feeling of happiness and warmth in this photo. As said before, the only thing I would change it to zoom in a little bit more so the heads aren't there. Overall, it's an amazing photo! Great job.
